At HOOM, we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. All in-stock orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. If we are experiencing delays from higher than normal volume, we will reach out to let you know. We will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery window time.

For orders headed outside Metro Manila, please allow 10 to 15 business days including handling and shipping. Within 48 hours of order confirmation, we will get you a shipping quote based on order weight, volume and address and reach out to you via email. You will receive the tracking information once the order has been shipped. We work with trusted couriers who specialize in transporting home goods.


Need your items on the same/next day? Select the Express Shipping upon checkout and we'll do everything we can to get your package to you on time. This option is only available for deliveries within Metro Manila.


At the moment, we offer a few different shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (within Metro Manila) - P200
Express Shipping (within Metro Manila) - P300 or courier rate (whichever is higher)
Standard Shipping (outside Metro Manila) - varies depending on order weight, volume and address


We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if in the unlikely event that the product you ordered is damaged or defective (that's a real bummer—we're so sorry that happened), please contact us immediately. It will really help if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues. We will be happy to arrange a replacement, issue a store credit, or help in any way we can.
