We're recruiting for:

Store Associates 

Role: You will be at the forefront, ensuring our clients receive the assistance they require while collaborating closely with the team to make sure customers’ requests are processed in a timely manner. This position is customer facing and involves administrative tasks and behind-the-scenes support, emphasizing strong time management skills and a process-oriented attitude. 

(Main) Responsibilities: 

  • Provide an elevated customer service 
  • Understand and explain product features and specifications 
  • Process orders online (i.e., pick, pack and ship) and offline accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with our warehouse team to ensure orders are shipped out smoothly and timely
  • Follow up and communicate with customers on order status, payments and potential delays 
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment (includes arranging displays and keeping merchandise stocked)
  • Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, restocking merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts
  • Provide additional support during promotions, campaigns and events

Starting Date: Early May 

Other Information: This role is specifically for our pop-up store in Makati that will run from early May to end August. Both full time and part-time roles are welcome.
