Strå is inspired by grass swaying in a warm summer breeze, beautifully illustrated by a soft, geometric design in a deep and delightful green. The three-dimensional pattern is both tactile and meditative, creating a calm atmosphere by your doorstep.
Strå is part of the Heymat+ collection, which also consists of Sand, Stein and Sjø. The mats are designed by Kristine Five Melvær.
The coarse pile is made from 100% recycled plastic with an anti-slip backing in SBR rubber. The quality is equivalent of an industrial mat, with high absorption capacity. Heymat+ is particularly well-suited for outdoor use.
The production process behind a Heymat involves numerous manual operations. The mats therefore have fewer variations in size, colour and appearance.
